How it works

1. Select the number of pets and your frame size

2. Upload 3–8 clear photos (original phone photos are perfect)

3. We create your portrait, then print, frame, and ship your finished piece

Photo upload tips

For the best results, upload photos that are:

• Bright and well lit (natural light is best)

• Close up with the face and eyes visible

• Clear and in focus

Please avoid:

• Screenshots or heavily filtered images

• Dark photos or harsh shadows

• Photos where your pet is far away or partially blocked

For 2+ pets, please upload 2–4 photos per pet if possible.

Turnaround time

Your portrait will be created within 2–3 business days after we receive clear, usable photos. If we need replacement photos, the timeline starts once those are received. After the portrait is finalized, your framed print will be produced and shipped. Rush delivery is available at checkout.

Revisions

To keep pricing affordable, this listing does not include proofs. We will gladly fix any obvious issues at no charge. Optional minor edits (background tone, warmth, coolness, small crop changes) are available for $10. Requests for a completely different look or a new photo are treated as a new portrait.
